Safety Headlocks
Designed and manufactured to suit a wide range of ages and breeds of livestock maximising the safety and comfort for both the farmer and the animal, our headlocks are constructed robustly and offer the latest design features. They provide secure restraint for cattle both during feeding and veterinary procedures. We are able to provide the equipment for end user installation or we can offer a full installation service ensuring that the headlocks are properly positioned and aligned, and conform to the latest industry standards and regulations.
Cubicles
Our Cubicles are manufactured from durable materials and are designed to ensure that dairy cows are able to retain their natural posture, and remain comfortable when at rest. We are able to provide the equipment for end user installation or we can offer a full installation service ensuring that the cubicles are positioned and aligned as required.
Gates and Barriers

Rubber Flooring
Our range of rubber flooring is constructed using high quality materials and is designed to provide a comfortable, non-slip surface ensuring a safe environment for cows and workers. Its smooth surface is non-porous, easy to clean and maintain, and is able to withstand heavy foot traffic and exposure to manure and other liquids. We are able to provide the equipment for end user installation or we can offer a full installation service ensuring that the flooring is laid seamlessly.
Mattresses
Designed and manufactured using advanced materials, our mattresses provide comfortable support which minimises pressure points and helps dairy cows to have high quality sleep and rest time. They are strong and durable and are designed for constant use and frequent cleaning. Stainless Steel Flooring
The Stainless steel flooring is to provide protection of the concrete from peracetic acid dropped from the pre-treatment brushes of the robot. Without this flooring the peracetic acid drops directly on to the concrete and quickly erodes the concrete. The stainless steel flooring is manufactured to sit neatly around the robot footprint. When installed the flooring is bonded and bolted down to ensure no chemical or debris can track beneath the flooring.
Ventilation
We are able to provide ventilation systems which will maintain the movement of air throughout all types of buildings that is required to ensure the health and wellbeing of livestock, crops, and other products in storage. We are able to provide the equipment for end user installation or we can offer a full design and installation service ensuring that the system meets all requirements.
PRE CAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS
At RTAgri, we are proud to be able to supply a wide range of pre-cast concrete products, manufactured specifically for the agricultural industry. Including cattle slats, slurry channel systems, water drinking troughs, dirty water tanks, feed troughs, and concrete walling, we supply only the best quality products. We can also supply pre-cast concrete robot rooms, which are bespoke to each customer’s individual needs. They are available in various wall lengths and heights, and can be provided with door and window openings as required.
